As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Kami’s experience includes:

Previous Registered Nurse experience includes medical surgical, critical care, home health, hospice, and facility care manager.  Kami's choice to become a Nurse and then Nurse Practitioner was influenced while running as a volunteer A-EMT with Garfield County Ambulance out of Bryce Canyon City, where she served as an A-EMT for over eight years.  

Kami is married with six children and enjoys running, hiking, and anything outdoors in beautiful southern Utah.

How Much Is A Primary Care Visit Without A Membership?

A Primary Care visit fee cash price is $150. Additional fees may apply if additional services were agreed upon between you and your physician.
