Services NOT covered by your membership include (and are not limited to):
Primary Care appointments
Lab work that can’t be conducted in-house
Pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions
Deep wounds
Compound fractures
Cancer
Chronic illness treatments,
Allergy testing
Poisoning
Heavy/uncontrollable bleeding
Fever in a newborn less than 3 months old or child fevers over 104 degrees
Severe abdominal pain
Serious head, neck, or back injuries
Indicators of cardiovascular disease or stroke
Severe mental illness
Renal failure
And any other care best handled in the ER, hospital, and or by a specialist
You can pay monthly by credit card or ACH withdrawals. If you pay up-front for the whole year, you’ll get a 5% discount. Cash payments are allowed, but only in semi-annual payments at the clinic.
You are allowed to include any family members or legal dependents on your membership plan.
Membership auto-renews monthly with a 6-month commitment. Any sooner, cancellation fees may apply (see contract for more details). Email us at membership@cornerclinic.com to let us know if you would like to cancel.
Your membership is effective as soon as you sign-up online! Just be sure to bring any form of ID to the clinic when you visit.
Nope! Your membership gets you unlimited access to our clinic. A $15 copay will be collected at each visit.
Please give us a call! We can let you know if a service is covered or how much it’ll cost if it’s not.
Unfortunately, no. You’ll have to go to a pharmacy for your prescriptions.
This membership is NOT the same as health insurance. You will only have coverage for care at our Corner Clinic locations. You will need to sign up for health insurance if you want help paying for care at hospitals, specialist facilities, pharmacies, etc.
